The traditional Mexican breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the coffee was excellent. The service was also good and we had the option to eat by the pool if we wanted. The premises were always kept clean and the rooms were spacious with great air conditioners. Being close to the ocean in Santa Cruz was definitely a plus.

I recently stayed at Hotel Huatulco Maxico for a relaxing beach getaway. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to Santa Cruz beach with its gentle waves. There were plenty of options for dining, from street food to classy restaurants right on the beach. The hotel itself had a fantastic pool where you could enjoy drinks while swimming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was always friendly, offering tours to nearby attractions. The housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless. a great experience!

During my Christmas vacation, I stayed in an older section of the hotel. Despite the outdated facilities, the pool was clean and refreshing. the hotel's location was key, being only a few steps away from the beach, which was perfect for swimming and relaxation. Another plus was the presence of convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab snacks and necessities.

First, there was no fridge, hair dryer, or coffee maker in my room, which could have made my stay much more comfortable. the hotel restaurant's menu was unappetizing, and the air conditioning made me feel too chilly.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was thrilled with the complimentary welcome drink and fruit basket upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local stores. Additionally, the hotel staff was attentive and always willing to help. The standout feature of my stay was the well-maintained pool area, which was always clean, and the surroundings were perfect to relax.

My stay at Hotel Huatulco in Santa Cruz was fantastic. The newer king suites were definitely worth it. The hotel was kept impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and delightful to work with. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. The location was also great, with easy access to the Santa Cruz Marina area and a short walk to Chahue Bay and La Cruecita. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, daily bottled water replenishment, and cute towel art.
